Q: How can I get Customer Care help right now?
A: Live chat! That’s right, you can instant message our team and get a live response in no time at all during regular business hours. To live chat with Customer Care, simply click the Contact Us tab at the top of any page on Point2.com.
If you’re logged in to your Point2 Agent account, you can also live chat with Customer Care from your Online Office. Just click this button in the upper right corner of your screen:

Q: What do I need to know about domain names?
A: People ask us about domains all the time! Whether you’re just starting out or you already have a domain name that you want applied to your Point2 Agent website, we’re here to make sure you get up and running in a flash.
The number 1 thing you need to know about domain names is that having a top-level domain name, like www.yourname.com, allows you to effectively market your website through both online and offline means. It is more recognizable for search engines and easier for your clients and prospects to remember.
