
In order to change, we need to have an awareness of what we are trying to change/improve/remove. Only with that awareness can we see what we are striving for. For general improvement, though, it can be difficult to find what we are moving away from. That’s where the book 13 Things Mentally Strong People Don’t Do come in handy.
Today I will review the book and explain why this book is different…and more helpful…than others in its genre.
